I know I have not been on here for ages. I have been working flat out transforming councils and this has been fun and rewarding.
I am in Bristol for a while and I have a new project - Bristol Street Life. I live in a small village and being exposed to a City is fun and has got the creative juices going.
So what is the link between this photo and Change? We all need regular moments when we can sit and reflect.
So my reflections for today
- customers are the reason we are in business - build that relationship
- Work-life balance matters
- be proud of your work - put your name to it
- be proud of those around you - my wife, children and friends
Shout PRIDE! and then strive to improve
